So no actual bolus is given? It's passive once the legs are raised right? And does the b/p have to be taken? What's the proof it? Did it today for the first time and we definitely didn't take a b/p. Thanks for the info!

Wonderful video 😄 thank you!!
excellent video. curious about whether you scan to identify the great vessels or circumflex in the intra-articular/arthrocentesis procedure?
Yes, we make sure there are no vessels in the path of the needle.
As far as the measurements in TDI are on the E ' wave , why in patients with AF we cannot assess the diastolic function ?
Here’s some info on AF and diastolic assessment: e-heartfailure.org/pdf/10.36628/ijhf.2020.0012
thank you so much excellent lessons

It is an old folk song called Dem Bones.
The Muscle superior to thyroid lobe, are they not stripe Muscles(Sternothyroid,Sternohyoid)?. Superiolateral to Stripe Muscles are Sternocleidomastoid M.
so do we completely avoid augmenting if a thrombus is found, or you just skip augmentation at the location of the clot?
The general teaching is that you should not augment when a DVT is present, for risk of embolizing that clot proximally. However, there is no case documented that has ever happened. Remember that every time the patient takes a step with a DVT, they are contracting their calf muscles and therefore augmenting. We do not tell patients to stop walking when they have a DVT. On the other hand, augmentation can help us to clearly identify the vessel and offers us secondary evidence that a DVT may be present.
Thanks for the sharing
Thank you
Very helpful, kindly do more...you are a good teacher..
Lol! Mantle clock sign. The round shaped time piece with a metallic rim around its dial, having the alarm, placed usually on side table or the mantle of the fireplace. A german mantle clock is sitting on my fireplace just now😂. But i agree those funny names in med like the micky mouse sign, the nutmeg sign(when they could have said the walnut sign instead which is far more common an item) & the list goes on.
Very helpful points!! thanks!
Very helpful. 3 weeks in my radiology residency. Still struggle with ultrasound abdomen
And, how are you in radiology now😅
Very informative nice job! Congrats on your first woodworking video!
